was established with the mandate to expand access to undergraduate and postgraduate education in Ghana. The Center supports the University of Energy and Natural Resources mission and its strategic plan by enhancing students’ learning and success through Distance, Sandwich, Short Courses, Professional Vocational/Technical Certificate Courses, and Evening Programmes.
Functions of the Centre
Formulate distance learning
policy for the University subject to approval by Academic Board
Advise the Academic Board
on the programmes to be run through distance learning
Advise and recommend
the infrastructure and equipment required for the effective and efficient operation of distance learning education in the University
Ensure smooth running
of the academic programmes
